On the space design of school exhibition hall

Art teachers combine professional characteristics and make use of the exhibition hall of the school to offer a variety of thematic courses. Faced with the spacious and bright exhibition hall, how to form a reasonable spatial relationship; let people feel that this is not an empty hall, the exhibition hall into a whole. Skillful space design in different pavilions, in front of different content, teachers build different spaces. People's ability is limited, but the space form is infinite. Art teachers should study the space art of the exhibition hall and strive to create the best exhibition with their own school characteristics.

Today, the implementation of quality education, art education has also been taken seriously, and entered an important stage of development. Art teachers should make full use of modern campus construction, put forward specific teaching suggestions, create more new teaching space and ways for students, make their teaching activities more flexible, diverse, more active and creative, and attach special importance to stimulating students'innovative spirit and cultivating students' practical ability in art teaching. Let all students participate in art learning, so that each student can develop on his own original basis.
Art curriculum has a strong humanistic nature, is one of the important carriers of human culture, but also the main way for schools to carry out aesthetic education. Art teachers should use the special form of art to convey students'feelings and thoughts, which is also an important cultural behavior in the development of human history. To this end, we can combine school activities, give full play to the characteristics of art courses, theme courses in the school exhibition hall.
Art teachers often arrange exhibition halls, but lack of professional guidance, often make a model of things, fall into the convention. We should actively learn the exhibition experience of professional museums and memorials, keep up with the pace of modernization, and set up exhibitions with their own school characteristics.
Space design is one of the core contents of exhibition art in museums (including memorials, art galleries, science and technology museums, etc.) and also the core content of exhibition art in school exhibition halls. It is an important topic for teachers to focus on and explore the space design of exhibition hall.

1. The height requirement of exhibition hall

In general, the indoor space of museums should be taller than other indoor spaces. Because the exhibition hall has to put drawer boxes, objects, pictures, photos, model landscapes and so on. No matter how large the exhibition area is, it is best to reach six meters high, or at least four meters below. If the height is below four meters, the content of the theme pavilion will be more difficult.

Two. Commonality of exhibition space and architectural space

To study the exhibition space, we should first study architecture and have a basic understanding of the concept of space in architecture. The space design of exhibition hall is similar to the general architectural space design and environmental design. First of all, people need to have a more relaxed space when visiting the exhibition hall. This is in common with other landscapes, environments and architectural designs, and there is no big difference between the sense of scale, comfort and other architectural spaces. Some norms and understandings of space in architecture are the basic knowledge of the study of exhibition hall space. Some things that are taboo in architecture are also taboo in exhibition hall space. For example, too short space can make people feel uncomfortable.
Space is also modeling. Entity has modelling, space also has modelling, for example, the passageway is a space which is regulated by many entities and is for human activities. And the space that this specification comes out is more important than the entities that regulate it. Ancient philosopher Lao Tzu said that the essence of a bowl is not the bowl itself, but the space position regulated by the bowl. If you serve rice in a bowl, what matters is not the form of the bowl, but how much space does the bowl provide you? What kind of space? For architecture, this is also true for exhibition hall. There are several issues that need special attention in the exhibition hall space, such as the flow route of visitors, the sequence of exhibition halls and so on. In the design of the tour route, we should try our best not to let the visitors go back, not to form a staggered space and so on. These necessary factors are closely related to interior design and environmental design.

Three, the particularity of the space of the hall

If there is a spacious corridor or staircase near the school exhibition hall, we can use it skillfully to design the preface part of the exhibition, that is, the preface hall. The exhibition of the preface hall is the organic component of the whole exhibition, is one of the core parts of an exhibition, and is a more powerful artistic focus in the whole exhibition. The space of preface hall should not be designed for design, should not deal with errands, nor is it a simple concept of layout. It should be clear that it is to create a space art, and should have the author's mind to create a masterpiece. This creation should closely adhere to the core concepts of the whole gallery, memorial or museum, and make a high degree of spiritual sublimation. The space design of the hall often reflects the artistic taste of the people and the spiritual quality of the whole museum. The preface hall is designed as a special display space. The design essence of this special space is a process from physical space to spiritual space. Here, physical space is actually a kind of cushion and material basis of spiritual space.

Four, the particularity and design method of exhibition space.

People have ideas, emotions, personalities, and are constantly changing. Therefore, before carrying out space design, we should first study how people understand space. Space includes physical space, spiritual space and humanistic space. In the same physical space, each person will have different understanding of spiritual space, but the basic requirements for space comfort are not very different. In the design of exhibition hall space, the designer should take an artist's emotion, in accordance with the principle of humanization, to provide and design a comfortable and perfect space for people.
There is also a space.
